Dirty Derm is committed to delivering high-quality performance skincare products. Due to the hygienic nature of skincare and personal care items, the following policy applies.


Overview

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused
  • Items must be unopened
  • Items must be in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be approved.


Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on:

  • Opened or used skincare products
  • Products with broken seals
  • Personalized or custom items
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Digital products or virtual consultations

This policy applies to both online and in-person event purchases.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 7 days of delivery at:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the product
  • Photos of packaging damage

We will review and provide a replacement or refund if approved.


Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive email confirmation.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Processing times vary by bank or credit card provider
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

If the return does not meet eligibility requirements, the item may be returned to you at your expense.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account
  2. Contact your credit card provider
  3. Contact your bank

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We do not offer exchanges for opened or used products.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for high-value items. Dirty Derm is not responsible for lost return shipments.

The return address will be provided upon approval of the return.


Event & Vendor Sales

All products purchased at events, pop-ups, or vendor booths follow the same hygiene-based return policy. Opened or used products cannot be returned.
